My car came out nice and clean, and the staff were friendly, so overall I can’t complain too much. The only downside was the constant push to add extra services. I said no a couple times and they still kept at it, which got a little annoying. If you go, just trust your instinct and stick with what you actually came in for.

I was impressed because they cleaned a bunch of spots I probably would’ve skipped myself, especially since I was mainly just trying to get the place looking decent before having people over. Little corners, random dusty areas, stuff like that. It made the whole place feel way cleaner than I expected

As someone who’s picky about how my car looks after a wash, I was annoyed when it didn’t come out right. I reached out to Sparkle Car Wash expecting it to be a hassle, but they got back to me really quickly. They actually listened, fixed the issue, and made it easy for me to come back in. I’ll give credit where it’s due, they changed my mind. Solid customer service when something goes wrong.

The people working there were really friendly, which I appreciated 🙂. The service was fine, just nothing that really stood out to me.

I don’t know, I was hoping it would come out looking a lot cleaner than it did. After the wash, there was still dirt along the lower doors and even some on the back window, which was kind of disappointing. It wasn’t terrible or anything, like the car looked better than before, but for the price I guess I just expected a more thorough job. It felt a bit rushed overall.

The windows did look better afterward, but I could still see a few streaks here and there. The side mirrors also had some water spots left on them. It wasn’t terrible or anything, I just thought they’d come out a little cleaner

The wash itself was fine, but whoever’s in charge of the drying clearly didn’t finish the job. I still had water spots all over the mirrors and back window afterward, which is annoying when you’re paying for a proper car wash. I ended up having to wipe it down myself when I got home. For the price, they really should be doing better

I keep expecting there to be some streaks or missed spots, but my car has come out clean every time I’ve gone. No issues so far, which is nice because car washes can be hit or miss.

I booked online and had a couple questions after, mostly because I somehow confused myself about the time slot and what day I had picked. I sent them a message expecting it to take a while, but they replied quickly and explained everything in a really normal, easy way.

What I appreciated most was that they were clear about the timing and what was included, especially since I was already second-guessing my own booking. There wasn’t any weird back and forth or me having to piece things together.

The car wash itself went smoothly too, but the communication made the whole thing feel way less stressful. I’d definitely use them again.

I signed up for the monthly membership at Sparkle Car Wash, it’s been worth it so far. I’ve ended up washing my car more often than I expected, so after a couple visits it already feels like I’m getting my money’s worth.

Most of the time it’s quick, the car comes out clean, and the staff seems nice enough, though I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and no one really acknowledged me. Still, if you go regularly, the membership makes way more sense than paying every single time.

I like that they stay open late enough for me to stop by after work. I went around 6 and was able to get in without any trouble. I just wish the weekend hours were a little longer, i would’ve appreciated clearer instructions or info about the schedule ahead of time

They helped quick. Had to wait a little, but it was fine.

I thought the outside turned out really clean, and you don’t see any streaks left behind...

My car had that stale old smoke smell that just wouldn’t go away, it made sense to have someone who knows what they’re doing handle it. They got the smell out quickly, and now the car feels so much better to drive. Really happy with the result

I used the vacuums after my wash, or maybe right before I wiped everything down, I can’t totally remember the order. Either way, they worked a lot better than I expected. It picked up all the crumbs and dog hair fast, and I didn’t have to keep going over the same spots.

The car wash itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. But just going off my gut, the appointment setup felt more annoying than it needed to be. Most of the times I would’ve actually picked were already booked, so I ended up taking a slot that wasn’t very convenient. Not a huge deal, but I do wish there was more availability.

I was happy with how clean the wheels came out. The tires looked great too, which made the whole car feel a lot fresher.

I mostly use Sparkle Car Wash because location is just really convenient for me. It’s right near places I’m already going anyway, so I don’t feel like I’m making whole extra trip just to wash the car.
I stopped in after running errands last week and was done fast. Getting in and out was easy, no hassle or anything, which is main reason I keep going back.

The detailing was okay, but uh, it felt kind of rushed. I noticed a few spots inside that were missed.
